Growth, Like a S33d
Making music in Port Harcourt will never be the same again, as new arts keep
springing up with sweet-savory tunes, and most recently, introducing to your
airwaves for your listening pleasure, S33d Alfred.
A contemporary Port Harcourt artist, born to Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Etuk on the 7th day
of February, 1999. At a very young age, Seed had an inkling for music, little wonder he
found himself thrilling church members with his melodious voice in his church choir.
In 2016, he decided to take the nudge a bit higher when he started writing and recording music.
S33D’s style of music is primarily a fusion of Afro and Trap Soul, creamed with an
angel’s voice, notwithstanding he makes a solid claim to versality.
Seed Alfred, who hails from Akwa Ibom state, prides himself as being a full Port
Harcourt boy, given that he was born and had his early development years in the
streets of Marine Base in Port Harcourt. S33d is the second child of six children in a
family of eight and is a graduate of computer science from the Arthur Jarvis
University in Cross River state.
His first song/single titled “Case” is a table shaker aimed at most people who show
green lights to their friends but refuse to take the relationship to the next level. Seed,
uses a blend of soft sweet tune and an Afro-pop beat to cook up this incoming banger.
According to Seed, Case was born out of his studio session with his producer.
